Tools & Practice Guidance
This section contains information, tools and, guidance that practitioners can use to help inform their approach to working with children, young people and families.
The information within this section is not a substitute for, and should never replace, deliberation and professional judgement. To help inform that deliberation and professional judgement, practitioners and safeguarding leads are encouraged to reference the local threshold document Right Child, Right Service, Right Time as well as the London Child Protection Procedures and the London Safeguarding Children Threshold Document.
See the Adult, See the Child is a joint protocol between the Greenwich Safeguarding Adults Board and Greenwich Safeguarding Children’s [Board] Partnership. The purpose of this protocol is to ensure that children’s needs are prioritised and they are safeguarded from abuse and harm, and that adults at risk who may be vulnerable to harm from children or anyone else are also protected.
